Beginner
Back squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Start with a PVC pipe or empty barbell and add weight slowly while focusing on proper mechanics.

Intermediate
Back squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Focus on maintaining proper mechanics and a full range of motion as the load gets heavier.
